Karibu Foundation
Local work, long-term care in the communities we call home.
Who the Foundation is
Practical support rooted in Arusha
Karibu Foundation is a local nonprofit organization founded by Mark Matolo to assist underprivileged children and young women through sponsorship, community projects, volunteer programmes and access to essential services.
The Foundation works with local families and community partners. Its work is shared through current programme records and photographs rather than broad, unsupported impact claims.

Records and photographs
See the work as it happens
These photographs show examples of Foundation-connected care, volunteer activity and community projects. Current records and project updates remain the right source for understanding progress, beneficiaries and future priorities.
KT Tours and the daycare programme
Tourism connected to local care
KT Tours Ltd supports the work of Karibu Foundation, including helping fund a daycare programme operated through the Foundation. This is part of the company’s wider social commitment; we do not claim that every booking funds the daycare or publish financial figures without current records to support them.
