Submitting a booking enquiry through our website does not guarantee availability. All safaris are subject to confirmation, final pricing and a signed booking agreement before travel dates are secured.
Payments
A deposit is required to confirm a booking, with the balance due before departure as outlined in your booking agreement. Prices are quoted in USD and may vary with exchange rates, park fees and government levies.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation terms vary by tour and accommodation partner and will be detailed in your booking agreement. Some third-party costs (park fees, flights, permits) may be non-refundable once paid.
Travel Risk
Safari travel involves inherent risks associated with wildlife, remote terrain and variable conditions. Guests are responsible for obtaining appropriate travel insurance covering medical evacuation and trip cancellation.
